Regulatory status
Grey Rock Capital Limited is a company registered in Gibraltar (company number 115204) with its registered office at 14 Governor's Lane, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. It holds a Moneylender's Licence granted under section 34 of the Financial Services (Moneylending) Act by the Minister with responsibility for finance, HM Government of Gibraltar, authorising it to carry on the business of a moneylender under the name Grey Rock Capital Limited. The licence is renewed annually.
Grey Rock Capital Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission or by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom, and does not hold itself out as being so regulated. It does not carry on regulated activities in the United Kingdom.
Nature of our business
We lend to companies and other business borrowers only. We do not provide consumer credit, regulated mortgage contracts, investment advice or deposit-taking services. Facilities are extended at our discretion and are subject to satisfactory due diligence, documentation and a formal written offer.
Group
Grey Rock Capital LP (registered in England, LP024064) and Grey Rock Solutions Ltd (registered in England and Wales, 16482022) are subsidiaries of Grey Rock Capital Limited and operate together with it as the Grey Rock group. Lending is carried on by Grey Rock Capital Limited.
