The Firm
Grey Rock Capital takes its name from the Rock of Gibraltar: a landmark that has stood at the meeting point of two continents and two seas for as long as trade has passed between them.
From our home in Gibraltar, we provide corporate lending to established businesses wherever they operate. Our facilities are structured with care, priced with candour and delivered with the confidence that comes from lending our own capital and that of investors who have entrusted it to us.
We are not a marketplace, an intermediary or a platform. We are a lending house in the traditional sense: a small number of experienced principals who consider each opportunity personally, and who remain at the table from the first conversation to the final repayment.
Lending
Every business we finance is different, and so is every facility we write. Rather than fitting borrowers to products, we begin with the requirement and construct the lending around it: the security, the term, the repayment profile and the covenants that make sense for the business in front of us.
Substantial term facilities secured against real estate, receivables or other tangible assets. Our secured lending supports acquisitions, refinancing and the release of capital from mature assets, structured to preserve the borrower's flexibility while protecting our investors' position.
